Lars H. Steffensen is the Chairman and CEO of Spearhavoc Gold.

Lars is a former Director of eCommodities PLC and was the General Manager, Corporate Strategy & Strategic Shareholdings of eCommodities PLC.

Lars is the former Chief Executive Officer, Managing Partner and Managing Director of the Ebullio Group.

Lars has 38 years of experience in the commodity industry joining Entores (Metals Brokers) Ltd., London in 1986 and has since then worked for various household names in the metals and commodity industry (Gerald Metals, Philipp & Lion, Axel Johnson Resources, Copenhagen Ore & Metals and Next Energy) in London, Hong Kong, Lugano, Copenhagen, New York and Newport Beach, CA. 

Along the way, Lars has found the time to be educated in Law and Theology at the University of Aarhus, Denmark and one day Lars really needs to find the time to graduate.

Lars has held a US NFA/CFTC series 3 and 30 license and has also held UK FCA CF10, CF11, CF3, CF30 and CF4 licenses.

Lars was a Founder Member of the London-based private members club 5 Hertford Street.

In 2014 Lars became World Champion Maxi Endurance Racing 32h at Autodromo Internacional do Algarve  with the Ebullio-Spearhavoc & Formula Racing team in Lars' own Seat Leon Cup.

 In 2016 Lars completed a Tough Mudder Endurance Run at Pippingford Park, UK in 2h58m.

Lars has mostly (and wisely) stayed far, far away from both car racing and obstacle course runs  ever since......

Lars has dedicated much time in his life to charity work, mainly involving the Danish and British Armed Forces and is currently Vice-Chairman of The London-based Anders Lassen VC Society, which benefits the British 22 Special Air Service Regiment (22 SAS), the Danish Jaegerkorps (Paratroop Regiment) and the Danish Naval Special Operations Forces.

Lars has also for many years been an Ambassador for the Fly Navy Heritage Trust.

Alex Willson is a Managing Director of Spearhavoc Gold.

Alex is a former  Director of eCommodities PLC and was the Executive General Manager of eCommodities PLC.

Alex has a strong track record and proven success in many early stage, entrepreneurial natural resources businesses during a 30 year career.

Alex harnesses sound strategic vision and couples this focus with an in depth operational understanding. Time after time this application of reasoned, evidence based processes has helped him achieve targeted outcomes in the face of incomplete information.

Alex has impeccable risk management skills and a clear understanding of how best to capture idiosyncratic commodity return streams, especially those generated by short term dynamic relative value trading; particularly in precious metals, base metals and energy.

Alex's prior positions were held at Minemet/Entores, AMT, AIOC, Dean Witter and Colonial Commodities. 

Alex is a keen supporter of many charities, but The Serang Primary School Project is closest to his heart.

Mark Bayley is the Chief Operating Officer of Spearhavoc Gold.

Mark held the same position at eCommodities PLC and was also part of the Management Team

Mark is a former Chief Operating Officer of Ebullio Capital Management LLP and Amakor Capital Management LLP. 

Mark has over 26 years’ experience in the Financial Services / Hedge Fund Sector and has had similar roles leading all phases of operational and financial development of manager and fund, including the start-up phase. 

Having started his career in 1992 at Barclays de Zoete Wedd (BZW) in international equity settlements, Mark has also worked at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette in the equity derivatives department. Mark was also Head of Operations at two hedge funds, Sofaer Global Research (UK) Limited and Astellon Capital Partners.  

Mark has previously held UK FCA Senior Manager Regime functions SMF16 (Compliance Oversight) and SMF17 (Money Laundering Reporting Officer).

Profile
Anders has vast international experience in a cross-border context. This experience also extends to business leadership, including as former chairman of a Pan-European law firm structured as a partnership of partnerships. 

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Anders also gained leadership experience through his career in the Danish Army, where he holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel with the Royal Guards regiment.

In 2015 Anders was knighted with The Order of Dannebrog for services to Denmark, in particular his charity work for soldiers and their families. 

Anders is designated an Honorary Fellow of the Association of Fellows and Legal Scholars of the Center for International Legal Studies, and is a former President of the Danish Guards Associations Abroad as well as a former Chairman of the Danish Guards Association in the UK.  

 “Anders is well reputed amongst financial institutions and investment banks for advising on acquisitions and capital market issues in relation to Public to Private transactions as well as on acquisition finance, asset sales and refinancing, including securitisations” [Legal Experts EMEA]  

Anders has also written two International Thrillers, of which one is translated into English.

 Anders spends most of his time in Chelsea, London.

  John Holly is a Senior Special Advisor to the Board of Spearhavoc Gold.

He is the former Deputy Chairman of The Board of eCommodities PLC, and is currently the President of Davidson Technologies, an aerospace and defence engineering firm based in the USA.

His industry experience includes serving as the Chairman of the UK Atomic Weapons Establishment Management Limited, Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin UK and as Senior Defense Advisor to KPMG (UK). 

Previously, he was the Vice President of Missile Defense Systems in Lockheed Martin’s Space Systems Company and the Vice President for Huntsville Operations for Lockheed Martin Corporation, based in Huntsville, Alabama.

Before joining Lockheed Martin, he was the President and Managing Director of Analytical Services Incorporated, a nationally recognized specialty engineering firm that was acquired in 2007.

During a distinguished career in the United States Army, he rose to the rank of Major General leading the development and initial deployment of the National Missile Defense System (GMD) for protection of the United States of America against Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM). 

Additionally, he was the Program Executive Officer for the Army’s Tactical Missile Systems. 

His final military assignment was the Deputy Director of the US Missile Defense Agency.

Anna Donald is a Senior Special Advisor to the Board of Spearhavoc Gold.

Anna is a former Director of eCommodities PLC.

Anna has a broad range of corporate experience from her career in the financial industry which has spanned over 21 years in a range of roles including analysis, stockbroking, fund management and marketing based in Hong Kong and London. 

She has worked for a spectrum of firms from large global players (Baring Asset Management, Daiwa, BNP Paribas, ABN AMRO and DBS) to small boutiques (Wessex Asset Management, Evolution Securities and Ebullio Capital Management). 

Anna holds a Physics degree from Imperial College in London.  

Anna dedicates much time to charity work and serves on  The Committee of the Pink Ribbon ball for Breast Cancer Now.

Arnaldo Rotenberg is a Senior Consultant, Iberian Peninsula Mining (Gold, Tin and Tungsten), for Spearhavoc Gold.

Arnaldo is based in Cascais, just outside Lisbon, Portugal.

Having worked and lived on four different continents for amongst others Petrobras and London & Capital, Arnaldo has long experience in negotiating commodity contracts in the international arena, understanding well the cultural differences and reigning mentality existing in different continents and countries. 

Arnaldo has very strong mathematics background and achieving goals due to his facility in communicating with different types of people worldwide. 

Arnaldo fluently speaks four languages (English, French, Spanish and Portuguese (native tongue).

Arnaldo graduated in Engineering and holds an MBA from Canada. Arnaldo also holds the IMC certificate as well as the FPC I, II and III.

Arnaldo has a special interest in Eastern cultures, have practiced yoga for the last 15 years and supports social and political causes in Brazil, his country of origin.

Always ready with an encouraging WOOF and a loving lick, Einstein hails from the Swiss Alps and weighing in at 78 kilos has the honour of being the greatest of all Great Swiss Mountain Dogs.

Einstein is essential to morale and a great and inclusive workplace (no room for anti-dogism here) and if you don't absolutely love him, you can't work here.
