Our Shareholders

Mix of Private and Institutional

We have 78 shareholders, who are a mix between private and institutional shareholders.

The bulk are from the UK and Denmark, but we also have shareholders from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Ireland, Canada, Kuwait, Oman, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Amongst our institutional shareholders, we can mention Boodles & Dunthorne, APEX Group, Royal Bank of Canada, Iris Rock, Bank Julius Baer, PK Ejendomme, Mercury Metals, NG Infrastructure Partners and a number of UK based Armed Forces Charities.

Our largest shareholder is The Spearhavoc Group with 50.69 pct of the shares.

£11 Billion Capital

Our shareholders have injected £11 Billion into the company via a combination of hard/financial assets and share capital/secured loan capital.

M & A Activity.

We have a certain amount of cash and a certain number of our shares set aside for use in our gold asset acquisition strategy, so if you have an asset you think may be interesting to us, do please get in touch.
